| We begin our day at 8:45 am and end at
about 4 pm. You can choose to attend only one day or
all 5 (we recommend at least 2 days to maximize learning
potential). We also offer ½ day camps (9:am-noon & 1:pm-4:pm).
After arriving at 8:45am, students and coaches
briefly discuss our goals for the day. Warm up & stretch
with the coaches (optional). Water instruction begins
at 9 am.
We break for lunch¹ & rest at 12:00pm.
At this time we go over tricks and techniques students
are learning. After lunch we get a few more
sets in and set our goals for the next day. |
